SHFTfitness Boot Camp offers a variety of exercise modalities that help you lose weight and tone up quick. The workout structure varies on a weekly basis, allowing the body to acclimate gradually.
In order to achieve an overall fat burn, we've designed workouts that target large muscle group and whole body effort. The workouts are based on high intensity interval training(HIIT) Tabata and Circuit style training. Since 80% of fat loss is based on the diet, we've also designed a nutritional guideline where clients can easily select from options of whole living foods and food combinations. Trainers also maintain an accountability relationship with clients through online food journaling.

This workshop entails Nago and Igbo dance, from the Congo region of Africa. This fight dance was a training practice that later invoked the spirits of power facilitating the breaking thru barriers of enslavement, ultimately liberating the nation of its oppressors.

Capoeira Angola is a martial arts developed in Brazil with roots in Central Africa. It combines dance movements, fighting techniques and acrobatics with instrumentation and call and response songs. Capoeira Angola continued to develop as a tool of freedom and social resistance.
Sekou Desormeau is a practitioner with over 15 years experience under the tutelage of the legendary Mestre Joao Grande. He is dedicated to share his passion for Capoeira as a healing art.
